Your Organization in the Digital Age
New service: A customized report (15–20 pages) based on responses to the survey from different people in your organization.
You invite managers, practitioners and stakeholders in your organization to take the survey independently. You invite people from different countries, different business units, different support functions, different platform owners, different major content and service providers. (Note that the survey is not designed for end-users.) You can invite up to 100 people if you are a global or large organization.
The data is consolidated and analyzed in detail, personally by Jane McConnell, and you receive a customized report for your organization. It includes:
- Your organization’s Collective Scorecard: The 9 x 3 matrix mapping the 9 dimensions of the Foundational Framework to the 3-level Maturity scale
- A one-page Executive Summary
- 3 to 4 pages of Highlights
- Commentary and more detailed analysis of the 9 dimensions and other topics covered in the survey (10 to 15 pages)
- Comparisons to your industry sector in general
- Appendices with detailed charts
